Ari Ross graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in June 2017, earning a bachelor of science in Journalism with a double major in Economics and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications.

      Currently, Ross is the Director of Sports Information at Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio, serving as the primary athletic communications contact for the Terriers' 18 NCAA DIII teams.

      Prior to joining the Terriers, Ross spent two years at Monroe College in New Rochelle and the Bronx, N.Y. Ross served as the Assistant Sports Information Director/PBP Broadcaster for the Monroe Mustangs (NJCAA DI), before being promoted to the Sports Information Director for the Monroe Express (NJCAA DIII).

      Previously, Ross spent a summer in Sioux Falls, S.D. as the Broadcast/Media Relations Assistant for the Sioux Falls Canaries of the American Association.

      Ari began his career in sports journalism in Jan. 2017 with Sports Illustrated in New York City as part of his journalism residency through the Medill School of Journalism, spending three months as a reporting intern for the magazine.

      At Northwestern, Ari was involved with WNUR Sports,  NNN Sports and Big Ten Network Student U/Studio N on campus.
